Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single-vessel conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine (VFFS) comes equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation monitor, available in various languages e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport option, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), holding device for heavy finished bags, euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit optionally at an extra charge). - Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: filling range: 150-1200ml; film width: max. 420mm; bag size min-max: L(60-300)xW(60-200)mm; max. machine cycle speed in idle: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220V, 2.2kW; 6bar, 0.3m³/min; dimensions of the packaging machine: LxWxH: approx. 1080x1300x1400mm; weight: 500kg. The dosing unit’s cup has a filling capacity of up to 50l. The single-vessel conveyor also provides a filling capacity of up to 50l. The container is filled manually in the lower position and automatically emptied in the upper position (complete cycle: 1 minute). - Specifications: height: 3-5m; machine dimensions: L1400xW700xH3500mm; 220V/1kW. Variations possible. The discharge conveyor features a stainless steel frame. - Specifications: conveying speed: 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Total system dimensions: approx. L1080xW4550xH3500mm, depending on final configuration. The system must always be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements; therefore, deviations from the stated specifications of the modules and machines are possible.
