Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with high or low flowability. The vertical form-fill-seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film feed, dual feed possible, air separator/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), holding fixture for heavy finished bags, euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost, if required).

Screw conveyor for automatic material transport to the dosing unit. The vibration motor ensures even product flow. Feed hopper with up to 150 liters capacity. Size depends on the customer-specific final system.
- Specifications: Hopper, conveying length, and angle can be adjusted according to customer/product-specific requirements. Overall dimensions depend accordingly. Conveying length: 3~4 m; stainless steel 304; conveying speed: 3.0 m³/h - 12.0 m³/h; 380 V, 0.8 kW-4.1 kW; weight: 130 kg – 270 kg. Deviations from the stated specifications are possible. Support rod optionally available. The discharge conveyor belt features a stainless steel frame.
