Fully automatic filling and capping machine for the filling of pharmaceutical liquids into vials. Suitable for aseptic filling and for vaccines. The main machine uses a peristaltic pump system to dose reliably and precisely and securely seals the vials with a lyophilization stopper. The 8-head capping unit is also very fast and precise and is suitable for aluminum screw caps. The vials are guided individually, enabling safe and rapid filling and capping. Included is a collection table for the end product, which can be flexibly combined with the capping machine and the main unit to create a complete line. All machines/modules are equipped with dust protection covers and a laminar flow hood. – Specifications of the filling and capping system: Number of filling stations: 4; number of capping heads for lyophilization stoppers: 1; number of capping heads for aluminum screw caps: 8; filling volume: max. 30ml per vial; speed in idle mode: max. 150 bottles/min (with 4 filling stations and 5ml per vial); accuracy: = ± 1-3%; suitable bottles: glass; power supply: 3.35kW; 220/380V; line dimensions: depending on customer-specific configuration; total weight: approx. 1215kg.
