Automatic filling and capping system for bottling liquids. Suitable for various liquids and oils, both food sector (still water, juices, liqueurs, olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.) and non-food (perfumes, cosmetic oils, cleaning agents, etc.). The automatic filling machine features two filling heads that move vertically and horizontally, enabling continuous filling and thus a higher cycle rate. The movable filling heads of the filling machine automatically detect the position of the bottles and the diameter of the cap neck, resulting in additional advantages, as fewer adjustments and sensor settings—within a certain range—are needed. Changing to different bottle sizes is therefore significantly simplified, ultimately reducing downtime due to time savings. Simple adjustment to other bottle widths and heights without needing additional format sets. After filling, the bottles are conveyed by a transport belt to the automatic capping machine. Positioning and closing of the caps is fully automatic.
