This is a highly robust machine constructed from premium-grade stainless steel (RVS), operating on compressed air and 220V—plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. Only a very small compressor is needed to operate this machine; we can supply one if required. We recommend a minimum 12L compressor.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 500ml per cycle. By running multiple cycles, higher volumes can easily be achieved. For example, 750ml can be dispensed by filling 2 x 375ml. The minimum volume per cycle is 50ml; any amount between 50ml and 500ml can be filled in one stroke. The large 25L hopper is standard; alternatively, the machine can be connected to an IBC container or a 200L drum to allow even faster, large-scale filling. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously—ideal for larger quantities at high speed. The filling interval can be adjusted. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace.

Depending on operator skill and fill volume, between 15 and 25 units per minute can be processed, making it a very fast machine. The machine weighs about 15-20 kg and can be easily placed on a table. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is a high-quality, durable machine.
