Automatic multi-lane filling and sealing machine for cups or containers, including film sealing unit. Suitable for various container sizes, shapes, and materials (e.g., PP, PS, PET, paper, laminated films, etc.). Equipped with 6 piston pumps for dosing pastes and liquids. In general, the system can be configured for all types of (separate) dosing systems for fresh or dry, chunky products, granulates, or powdered products (price adjustment may apply). This makes it ideal for filling and packaging ready meals, noodles, pasta, fresh or dried fruits, snacks, soup powder, frozen meals, yogurt, ice cream, jam, etc. Fully automatic operation, including feeding of cups/containers, filling, sealing with film, and closing with a lid. Easy operation via touchscreen monitor, stainless steel version (SUS304), easy to clean. Further features: print mark sensor, hopper agitator, fill level sensor, thermal transfer printer with 6 print heads.
