Fully automatic liquid filling system with 6 filling heads, suitable for various filling ranges, for example from 50ml to 500ml – can be customized according to customer requirements. Within the filling range, the volume can be individually adjusted by modifying the displacement of the air cylinders – conveniently controlled via software, without the need for additional modules. Operating principle: Bottles are fed in via a conveyor belt, followed by bottle positioning, insertion of the filling nozzles into the bottles, and filling using dosing lances. The dosing is controlled by the air cylinders. The filling lances are equipped with a special stop mechanism to prevent liquid drips. Relevant electronic components: PLC and touchscreen from SIEMENS, detection sensors from Sick, frequency converters from Panasonic. Pneumatic components predominantly from AIRTAC. CIP (Clean-in-Place) self-cleaning hardware and software is available and is customized for the client.
