Fully automatic liquid filling system with 4 filling heads, suitable for various filling ranges, for example 50ml to 500ml – can be customized to meet customer requirements. The filling volume within the range is individually adjustable by modifying the stroke volume of the pneumatic cylinders – easily controlled via software without the need for additional modules. Operating principle: Bottles are fed in via conveyor, followed by positioning of the bottles, insertion of the filling nozzles into the bottles, filling performed by filling lances, with dispensing regulated by pneumatic cylinders. The filling lances are equipped with a special stop mechanism to prevent drips and product run-on. Key electronic components: PLC and touchscreen from SIEMENS, detection sensors from Sick, speed converters from Panasonic. Pneumatic components mainly from AIRTAC. CIP self-cleaning hardware and software are available and tailored to customer specifications.
