Horizontally operating, intermittent, servo-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or zip-lock Doypacks. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made bags. Various filling systems can be integrated (auger filler, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One bag is processed per production cycle. The standard configuration includes one dosing unit and one filling hopper. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, allowing either processing of two different materials or split filling, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photos are additional options and shown for illustration only. The machine is suitable for use with various laminate films. We are happy to check and confirm corresponding compatibility based on product samples.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and production speeds.
