AMTEC HPFS MINI 25-L

Horizontal packaging machine, MINI VERSION, for pre-made Doypacks, block-bottom bags, or flat pouches, available as a duplex version for higher output. Modules for specific pouch features such as zip/press closures, screw caps (spouts), or gusset shaping can be integrated. Options: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Pouch detectors verify correct placement and complete opening of the Doypack. As soon as the pouch is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag via the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean throughout the process. A special gripping system holds the stand-up pouch precisely in position during filling, before the Doypack is closed and sealed. Features: MITSUBISHI PLC, SMC vacuum filter, OMRON PID temperature control, AIRTAC cylinders. - Specifications: stainless steel housing (SS304); max. machine cycle rate idle: 25 cycles/min; bag width: 100–300 mm; bag length: 100–350 mm; required compressed air: 6.5 bar, 0.4 m³/min; power: 220V, single phase, 2 kW.
