AMTEC SAF-5000 Semi

Semi-automatic auger doser for 100–5000g dosing applications. Suitable for dosing and filling of powdery products. Stand-alone version including auger conveyor and supply hopper. Included features: horizontal screw conveyor to prevent unwanted product dribbling, dust extraction preparation, PLC control and touch monitor, weighing sensor (automatically operates with each dosing cycle), bag clip mechanism, auger screws for 500g and 2000g dosing, lid for auger conveyor ensuring closed operation. Suitable for filling into bags, cans, jars, and various containers.

The auger conveyor features a stainless steel housing with stainless steel pipe. The supply hopper holds 230 liters and comes with a vibration motor to ensure a constant product flow.
