AMTEC HPFS N50-M FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittently, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of various dispensing systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dispensing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard version is equipped with one dosing unit and one hopper. The machine can optionally be fitted with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thus increasing production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in several languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-310)xW(60-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate in idle: 50 cycles/minute; 1.8 kW; 12 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990x(W)970x(H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional optional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on a material sample.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for various packaging sizes and production speeds.
