Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 8 work stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks with or without zipper or spout. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no bag (or no open bag) – no filling or sealing. Motorized adjustment of pouch width, oil-free plastic bearings. All parts that come into contact with pouches or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be used with all types of feed and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granular products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of film materials such as composite and monolayer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details available on request). Vertical pouch feeding by hopper (for flat pouches, optional: horizontal feeding especially for pouches with zipper or spout). Vacuum unit for opening pouches with thinner film material. Suitable for the following pouch dimensions: L(200-450)xW200-300mm. Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 30 cycles/min; Power: 380V, 4.0kW; compressed air: 0.6m³, 6bar; machine dimensions: L2500xW1800xH1800mm; weight: 1400kg.
