Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes and a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for small stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. Two pouches are processed per production cycle, increasing output per minute. By default, the machine is equipped with (or requires) 2 dosing units and accordingly 2 feed hoppers. Optionally, the machine can be fitted with two additional dosing units and hoppers, enabling either the processing of two different materials or the splitting of the filling process to further increase production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (multilingual menu e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(120-250)xW(110-140) mm; max. filling capacity: 600 ml; max. idle machine speed: 110 cycles/minute; 15.5 kW; 30 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)9300x(W)1100x(H)1500 mm; weight: 3400 kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or any additional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional accessories and not included in the standard delivery; shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films, provided the films have print marks. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on a sample submission.
