Packaging line for the production and packaging of wet wipes, such as hygiene wipes, cleaning wipes, care wipes, and disinfectant wipes. The manufacturing process includes unwinding the nonwoven material from the mother roll, longitudinal slitting for dual-lane production (up to packaging), liquid impregnation, longitudinal folding into Z- or W-shape, transverse cutting (wipe length), single transverse folding, stacking, and transfer to the packaging unit, which handles film feeding and wrapping of the wet wipes, die-cutting of the dispensing opening, placement of the resealable label, and bag cutting/thermal sealing. Integrated splicing units enhance efficiency during material, film, and label roll changes.
