Gamybos metai: 2026, būklė: naujas, Condensation drying of air and, indirectly, of foodstuffs (fruit, tea, mushrooms, etc.) is the most energy-efficient method for removing water from various materials. It operates on the heat pump principle—by cooling to the vapor temperature, the temperature drops below the dew point, causing moisture from the air to condense on the surface of the condenser. The heat extracted from the air is immediately returned to the same air; with the help of the electrical energy required to operate the compressor, an additional 20-30% of heat is generated. - Suitable for drying various types of fruit (apples, plums, apricots, etc.) - Digital control - Automatic ventilation - Equipped with stainless steel wire racks Technical data: - Rated capacity: 25-50 kg per batch - Power requirement: 0.6 kW, 230 V - Temperature: 40-60 °C - Material: Stainless steel, grade Wnr. 1.4301, AISI 304 - Dimensions: 710 x 800 x 2000 mm Chedpfx Ajd Atipegqed - Weight: 100 kg - Racks: 11 pieces (570 x 570 mm) - Drying area: approx. 3.6 m² - Continuous ventilation - Insulation: 70 mm polyurethane - Closed condensate system, condensate drainage - Minimal maintenance Suitable for fruit, vegetables, spices, herbs, mushrooms, pasta
