Voran Brush Cleaning Machine, 12 Brushes / 800 mm

This machine is designed to remove adhering contaminants such as soil or sand from fruit and vegetables. The rotation of the brushes effectively removes impurities. The forward movement of the produce is achieved by the top-mounted conveyor mat in combination with the rotation of the brushes.

Machine configuration:
The 12 rotating plastic brushes are enclosed within a stainless steel housing, which is mounted on a mobile, height-adjustable frame. Loading can be done manually or via the VORAN roller sorting table.
