Our belt presses are equipped with two large pressing rollers, which extend the pressing process and thus ensure particularly gentle juice extraction. The result is a clear, foam-free juice of high quality.

The pneumatic belt tensioning and automatic belt control guarantee consistently high quality throughout the entire pressing process.

The belt press features automatic brush cleaning, eliminating the need for a high-pressure cleaner. The belt is washed by six specially designed water nozzles. For cleaning, only a compressor with 8 bar pressure and a ½” water connection are required. Thanks to these special nozzles, water consumption is reduced, which leads to lower operating costs.

The open design allows for quick and straightforward cleaning that takes just a few minutes to complete.
