Blade Brush
Micro-moistening of the brush elements via an antistatic humidification nozzle by Riepe. The moistening can be precisely dosed through this nozzle.
Cleaning of the product surface using blade brush technology.
Dust particles are picked up by the brushes and removed by the extraction system.
A rotating wiper and compressed air nozzles ensure continuous cleaning of the brush systems.

Power Channel
The Power Channel features 14 rotating double-power compressed air nozzles that efficiently dislodge particles and dust from the material surface and recesses using air flow. The extraction system then removes these dislodged particles.
