Sanding Units – Proven Combination The sanding section uses the tried-and-tested combination of calibration roller and sanding pad. For safe workpiece feed, a parallel-sprung steel pressure roller is located at the machine infeed, while rubber pressure rollers are positioned between the sanding units. Calibration Unit (R): The calibration unit features a grooved rubber contact roller with proven hardness, ideal for calibration tasks and capable of handling high removal rates if required. The contact roller height is continuously adjustable to compensate for the thickness of the applied abrasive.
