Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers for polyvinyl acetate (PVAC), urea formaldehyde (UF), and polyurethane adhesives, suitable for various material types such as MDF, multiplex, chipboard, composite panels, and gypsum plasterboards.

This type of glue application machine allows precise and homogeneous dosing of adhesive, taking into account the roller profile, which must suit the production requirements. The heavy-duty frame and the core of the rollers—which are manufactured thicker than previous models—allow for a high production rate without special issues, enabling bonding of workpieces up to 2,200 mm in width. Roller removal for maintenance is straightforward due to the support system, which can be split in half via a simple bayonet coupling.

The machine can be optionally equipped with various accessories such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller cleaning device, and automatic upper roller lifting system with digital position display.

The S4R/P glue application machine is suitable for various production purposes, including in the construction sector and for manufacturing foam panels and mattresses.
