This is an electric furnace with a heating system consisting of resistance heating elements located near the fan unit. The fan circulates the atmosphere in the heating chamber over the heating branches, thereby heating both the working atmosphere and the load inside the furnace. The furnace working chamber is equipped with a separately controlled heating unit at the rear wall. For optimal temperature distribution throughout the working space, the furnace is fitted with a radial circulation fan with a horizontal shaft. The circulation fan drives the heated air through the circulation channels of the recirculation insert. All rotating parts are protected against accidental contact. The temperature profile of the device is managed by a programmable PID INDUSTRIAL controller. This controller allows up to 30 heat treatment programs to be created, depending on process technology requirements and the properties of the batch being processed.
