The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series stands out from the standard series through the use of the best and most precise motors and drive gearboxes in its class, significantly increasing the machine’s machining capabilities and making it the most industrialized series in this price category.

The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series CNC milling machine features a working area of 2100 x 4000 mm and a Z-axis clearance of 300 mm. It is equipped with a 9 kW electrospindle rated at 24,000 rpm mounted on ceramic bearings. The machine table incorporates hybrid technology, featuring vacuum sections and sub-sections for automatic, non-invasive clamping of materials, as well as T-slot grooves for manual clamping of irregular shapes.

ATC – The machine is equipped with an automatic linear tool magazine with a capacity for 8 tools. The automatic tool changer eliminates the need for manual intervention by the operator. Within a single process, the machine can perform various operations such as surfacing, milling, and drilling using different tools.

Reinforced HEAVY DUTY construction – the machine base is constructed from profiles with wall thicknesses of up to 10 mm. The entire frame is welded, then stress-relieved in special conditions, and finally milled. This procedure guarantees excellent results in terms of rigidity, stability, and vibration resistance.
