Machine Description
1. Work Table
• Sectional table with four independent vacuum sections, made from rigid and durable HPL boards.
• Each section features ports connected via a pipe system to the vacuum pump.
• Main ports in the vacuum table can be sealed, allowing clamping of different material formats.
2. HQD Spindle
• Premium-class brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, 9 kW power, inverter-driven with overload protection.
• Milling electrospindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.

3. Drive System
• High-efficiency Leadshine servomotors with 1500W output and high holding torque (dual Y-axis drive), controlled by NK-105 G3 digital controller, ensure excellent machining quality at high working speeds in all directions.
• Brushless servo motors drive the X and Y axes via high-quality planetary gearboxes.
• The Z axis, where precise positioning is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
• The gantry travels along X and Y axes on HIWIN linear guides and helical racks, made from high-quality, hardened and tempered steel, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation.
4. Construction
• The gantry structure is made from a cast iron, providing exceptional rigidity and excellent vibration damping during machining processes.
5. Tool Magazine (8 tools) + Tool Length Sensor
• The machine is equipped with an 8-position linear tool changer, ISO30 tool holders, and ER32 collets.
• Included tool holders: ISO30 and collets for tool diameters: 1/2" – 6 pcs; 1/8" – 2 pcs; 3-4 mm – 2 pcs; 5-6 mm – 4 pcs; 7-8 mm – 2 pcs; 9-10 mm – 2 pcs.
