Description:
• Semi-automatic portal nailing machine for the production of various types of pallets and crate components.
• For inserting loose blocks and boards, there is a flexibly adjustable clamping system or a wooden template wall available, allowing for minimal changeover times.
• The operator alternates working on the machine’s left or right side, as the machine is divided into two work areas.
• The nailing bridge is equipped with up to 8 nailers using jumbo coil nails (approx. 8,000 nails). Simultaneous actuation of the nailers enables very short production cycles and thus high output rates.
• Operation and programming of new pallet types is carried out via a touch display. Saved programs can be recalled at any time. No manual positioning required for teaching nailing points!
• NEW – Robot for pallet stacking
