The Multiblade or Single Shaft Multiblade Circular Saw SQUALO 515 in the LM version features an advanced movable blade system. The machine is equipped with motorized feed rollers on the work table as well as motorized top pressure rollers, ensuring effective all-wheel drive for precise and consistent transportation of wooden material.

In the LM (Movable Blades) configuration, the cutting unit consists of one fixed blade and a variable number of movable blades (from one to three). These movable blades can be dynamically positioned to suit different edging requirements and multiple cutting operations.

A distinguishing feature of this model is the ability to expand the cutting capacity: by using special arbors, the number of blades used simultaneously can be increased up to six. It should be noted that blades mounted on these special arbors operate at a predetermined fixed distance, enabling efficient production of elements with standardized widths. This versatility allows the machine to easily switch from processes requiring flexible blade positioning to series production with fixed cutting intervals.
