With the KSF-mini, all practically occurring crossbar joints can be produced quickly and with perfect fit. Precision is achieved by machining the workpiece on three sides in a single clamping. Tool drive is provided by two three-phase motors; workpieces are clamped pneumatically. The profile cutter is designed for the web width. The saw blades used for notching are adjustable to the cutter dimensions via spacing rings. The swivelling device is backlash-free. The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
