This numerically controlled machining center comes equipped with an extensive range of tools for milling and drilling, designed to meet any woodworking requirement.

- User-Friendly Operation: The lowered machine frame ensures the worktable is always accessible. The control cabinet and vacuum pump are integrated into the machine bed, and in the PRO SPACE version, no additional safety enclosures are required.
Supporting Structure:
The support structure consists of an exceptionally strong monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and highly robust. The particularly wide support surface was specially designed to ensure machine stability, providing consistent precision under all working conditions. No floor anchoring is required. The base forms a large and solid support for the moving gantry: the working unit is equipped with a balanced, stable, and resilient support that withstands even the highest loads, ensuring superior quality performance and greater accuracy.
The moving gantry is made from a solid single piece, anchored to the base and running on high-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball-bearing carriages. The working unit is attached to this and moves along the Y and Z axes, also on prismatic guides with recirculating ball-bearing carriages. Movement of the lower moving unit (X-axis) and the working unit along the traverse of the moving unit (Y-axis) is achieved via a helical rack-and-pinion drive. This provides higher tooth-to-tooth power transfer for greater acceleration and increased speed along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing results in less wear of mechanical components and significantly quieter operation.
The vertical Z-axis is powered by a ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic load, enabling high acceleration and deceleration.
The main milling unit is directly mounted to the Z-axis carriage, providing extremely fine finishing quality by fully eliminating vibrations.
Movement along the X-Y-Z axes is performed by brushless motors driven by static inverters, ensuring:
- Reduced processing times thanks to improved acceleration
- Greater positioning accuracy due to high-resolution encoders
- No need for setup procedures upon machine start-up due to absolute encoders
- No routine maintenance because the brushless system eliminates brushes
