Liquid Fertilizer / UAN / ASL – Tank Container Storage Tank Storage Vessel

100,000 liter capacity – brand new – above-ground, made of steel plate.

The tank complies with DIN-EN 12285-2 (formerly DIN 6616-D), features 2 saddle supports, an access ladder, and is externally primed – on untreated plates.

Diameter = 2.90 m – Length = approx. 16.00 m.

The tank is equipped with a brand-new internal plastic liner,
including a leak detection device mounted in a protective box – see sample photo.

The plastic liner has a “General Building Authority Approval” and is therefore suitable and approved for the storage of liquid fertilizer-UAN as well as NOx reduction agent AUS 32 (AdBlue).

The price is ex works – free loading at the factory.
(Delivery can be offered at an additional, economical cost.)

Our recommendation:
Externally sandblast the above tank, prime it,
and fully repaint it – traffic grey / RAL color shade.
(Other RAL colors are also available on request!)

ASL (Ammonium Sulfate Solution) is a sought-after liquid fertilizer
produced in drying plants during the drying of liquid digestate and in exhaust air purification processes.
ASL tanks require an internal plastic liner due to the corrosive nature of the stored medium.

Important:
The tank depicted (sample photo) is a refurbished 100,000-liter tank that has already been delivered to a customer.
Plastic piping (PVC fittings) is not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased at an additional cost.
