Tank Description:
The tank is equipped with two saddle feet, a manhole with dome cover, and the following fittings:

- 1 filling pipe with TW closure (fill cap) and dip tube
- 1 gauging pipe with dipstick and dipstick cap
- 1 vent pipe with vent cap
- 1 brand new overfill prevention device with type approval (AIII)
- 1 ladder as well as 1 spare socket for extraction purposes
- 1 optical leak detector with type approval and leak detection fluid

The tank is externally sandblasted, primed and painted in RAL 7011 iron grey, sky blue RAL 5015 (see sample photo)

SmartBox 3 Description:
Equipped with acoustic and visual alarm signalers for alerting when the tank level reaches minimum or maximum, including an additional control function via relay output, for pressureless tanks with liquid operating media such as heating oil EL (HEL), diesel fuel (DK), etc., consisting of:

- 1 piece hydrostatic stainless steel probe with 6 m connection cable (measurement range for HEL/DK up to 2.9 m tank height)
- 1 piece indicator with 2-line LCD display
- 1 piece relay with normally open and normally closed contact (max. 250 V AC – max. 3.5 A)
- 1 piece integrated optical and acoustic alarm

Any minimum or maximum fill level between 0 and 99% can be freely defined.

Functionality:
The tank content is determined via the selected probe and transmitted as a 4-20 mA signal to the indicator. After entering the tank data in the device at commissioning, the readings are automatically converted and displayed. Measurement data are shown on the digital display unit in liters, volume percent, or fill height in centimeters. Display of the maximum permissible withdrawal volume (free space), menu language, and display available in German, English, and French.
