- Cutting range: minimum 30x12 mm, maximum 270x120 / 300x95 mm. Special cutting ranges available on request.

- Length of boards before cutting: minimum 500 mm, maximum 4100 / 5100 / 6100 mm, depending on version

- Single cut possible within the last 40 mm of the board.
Minimum length of the final offcut: 5 mm.

- Feed with pusher, direct control via innovative computer-controlled and servo-driven system, digitally connected via EtherCAT.

- Special work table inclined at 25 degrees to support loading and securely clamp the workpiece.

- Dual steel construction, very robust, reinforced and powder-coated.

- Special rear interlock guard for appropriate occupational safety.
Pusher speed up to 60 m/min according to current safety regulations; working table feed speed is adjustable via computer depending on cutting range. Faster version available as an option.

- Very heavy-duty pusher carriage: extended dimensions approx. 300x345x25 mm.

- The aluminum beam is large and robust: height 135 mm and width 120 mm.

- Special transmission system with 50 mm wide toothed belt and 33 hardened steel bands inside for high precision and performance.

- Electronic brushless servo motor with constant torque and digital EtherCAT connection

- Laser photo sensor for wood detection and luminescence reader for fluorescent marks. System is fixed in place, so there is no need for manual adjustment for different wood thicknesses.

- Electronic operating system S-OPTIM

- Full management of up to 5 cutting qualities

- Robust outfeed table for collecting cut pieces, made of hardened steel, length 3000 mm. 25 degree inclination as with the rest of the track and including guidance.
