Oscillating Screen Machine Series ASM

S&F oscillating and flat screens are used in various sectors of the wood processing industry (sawmills, pellet plants). Screening machines of the "ASM" series are used to screen wood chips, wood pellets, sawdust, old wood, biomass, and many other sawmill by-products in both dry and wet conditions.

The gentle, horizontally circular screening motion of the inclined screen box ensures high screening precision. One advantage of this screen is that long and fibrous particles slide obliquely or tangentially across the screen surface, which, unlike with vibrating screens, prevents clogging and pinching of particles. Additional advantages include its robust design, high screening capacity, and long, low-maintenance service life.

In addition to standard dimensions, the company also supplies the "ASM" series as a customized split-version solution for existing plants. This makes it possible to install new screens even in confined or hard-to-access spaces within existing facilities or sawmills.

ASM series screening machines provide screening areas from 0.5 to 15 m² per deck (up to 30 m² as double-deckers) and are characterized by high screening capacity (up to 350 m³/h, depending on material).
