Screening plant for loading wood pellets, semi-mobile

Screening capacity: 10 - 50 t/h (depending on configuration)

Consisting of:
- Trough belt conveyor type TFB
- Screening machine type ASM
- Conveyor belt type MFB incl. magnetic separator
- Loading kit // MODULFLEX loader
- Tube screw conveyor (optional)
- Deduster (optional)

Function description and operating method:
The pellets are fed into the trough belt conveyor (with bunker attachment) using a wheel loader. The pellets are then conveyed to the vibrating screening machine type ASM. The screening machine separates the pellets into two size fractions (pellets and dust). The screened pellets are loaded into the silo truck using a trough conveyor belt and loading kit. The system automatically shuts off via the integrated level sensor in the loading kit once the silo truck is sufficiently filled. The dust fraction is discharged via a screw conveyor.
To minimize dust emissions, it is possible to equip the screening plant with an additional deduster type NE.
Depending on configuration, the screening plant achieves a throughput of 10 - 50 t/h (70 m³/h) for wood pellets.
