The structure is entirely made from robust, thick-walled steel, fully painted and reinforced. A solid floor anchoring system is equipped with flanged steel feet to ensure secure fastening.

Two-handed operation is ergonomically positioned to allow comfortable and efficient use.

The cutting speed can be adjusted via a pneumatic regulator, enabling precise controls. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a shock-absorbing mechanism to minimize vibrations and enhance workplace safety.

TCT circular saw blade, diameter 400 mm, Z=96.

The top pressure hood is controlled electro-pneumatically for precise operation. The hood movement system operates via innovative ball bearings with double dust protection and an automatic lubrication system, guaranteeing smooth performance.

Additionally, the electrical installation is compliant with CE standards. CE models are supplied as standard with infeed and outfeed tables of at least 1 meter in length (either with idler rollers or a flat table) to optimize operation and meet safety requirements.
