Conveyor systems are one of the most crucial components used in automatic coating lines. Our conveyor systems play a key role in transporting parts to be painted, covering distances measured in meters per day and kilometers per year.

Heavy parts to be coated are conveyed by belt systems that operate for many years thanks to their durable bearings and cast steel chains. The load capacity ranges from 120 kg up to 2 tons.

• The operating principle of this conveyor type is based on the transfer of suspended materials by chains and trolleys, which move along an NPI-profile with the aid of a drive unit.
• WEBB-type conveyor chains are made of spheroidal cast iron or forged steel and subsequently heat-treated.
• Special roller bearings for the trolleys can operate at temperatures up to 200 °C. Lubricating greases on the trolley bodies provide continuous lubrication for the system.
• The drive system can be built on either a crawler or a gear system basis, equipped with safety switches and traveling trolleys.
• The conveyor speed can be easily adjusted using a frequency inverter.
• The chain tensioning system consists of slides and springs. Rollers and support wheels are used for belt turns.
