PROFIX PT-1900

The universal pneumatic table PT-1900 features an adjustable worktop, pneumatic clamping of support elements (blocks or beams), and pneumatic lifting of the pallet towards the operator.

It is an adjustable, semi-automatic pallet nailing table for pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic design enables fast and easy setup of the pallet template size. Lengths can range from 800 to 1900 mm, and the table supports widths up to a maximum of 1300 mm. Only one operator is needed to produce 210–230 pallets during one 8-hour shift.

The operator uses multiple nail guns for different sizes of nails. Each nail gun is suspended for operator convenience on the upper roller track. The roller track allows free movement of the nail guns along the overhead rail mounting system. The table’s construction ensures both production efficiency and operator comfort.
