Fully Automatic Sawing and Punching Machine for Aluminium and Plastic Profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - HV combines precise sawing and flexible punching in a fully automatic process. It is based on the Profilma 502 model and is specifically optimised for high-volume applications and combined processing tasks – including the handling of entire profile bundles.

The control system utilises a Siemens S7 with touch display, piece counter, cycle time indicator, and integrated error diagnostics. A IXON router ensures secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job. The horizontal punching unit can be deactivated if required.

Sawing Area & Feed:

- 500–550 mm saw blades
- Saw drive: 7.5 kW, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm
- Infinitely variable speed adjustment
- Saw cut from below, powered feed
- Material feed: 3–800 mm, reversible up to 4,000 mm
- Ball screw with servo drive and round shaft guidance
- Remnant piece: from 75 mm (sawing mode), from 80 mm (punching/sawing mode)*

Punching Unit:

- Vertical and horizontal hydraulic punching (discharge side) with automatic oil cooler
- Punching force: 2 × 150 kN
- Stroke: ≤ 20 mm
- Vertical stroke infinitely adjustable (also suitable for embossing)
- Horizontal punching cylinder can be switched off separately
- Double stroke cycle time: 2 × 2–3 seconds
- Punching scrap is extracted sideways from the machine frame
- Conveyor belt 250 × 800 mm for parts removal

- Minimum quantity spray unit with 2× 3-litre tanks and fill level indicator

- Roller conveyor (740 mm) with safety guard at infeed
- Rigid stationary frame, working height: 960 mm
- Manually opening safety cover
- Saw blade housing located beneath the worktop
