This model combines precise cutting to length with integrated punching operations, making it ideal for complex manufacturing processes:

Saw Unit: Equipped with a saw blade diameter of 500 mm. The drive is provided by a 7.5 kW motor (400 V) with infinitely variable speed control.
Punching Unit: Features a hydraulic punching unit on the cut-off side with a punching force of 250 kN. The punching direction is vertical from above, and punch tool cassettes can be used for up to 8 profiles simultaneously.
Material Feed: The feed is controlled via a ball screw spindle and a servomotor, with a maximum feed length of 400 mm per single stroke.
Controls: Modern variants frequently use a Siemens S7 controller with touch display for intuitive operation and precise programming.
