Aprašymas
* Air Treatment Unit:
The air treatment unit is a recirculation system that supplies the cabin with filtered fresh air and expels used air during the painting process. It heats the air to 60°C, mixes 10% fresh air with recirculated air via an automatic multi-damper system, and reheats the air before it is fed back into the cabin. Air is heated using a burner and heat exchanger, both made from high-grade 304 stainless steel and housed in the fresh air unit. During painting, the air passes through two stages of filtration (front and ceiling filters) before entering the cabin. The contaminated air is also filtered twice (inlet and outlet filters) before leaving through the extraction unit. Air treatment units are insulated like the side walls to minimize heat loss and are equipped with rubber seals on the covers to protect against possible vibrations and noise. The exhaust air is regulated by a damper in the exhaust air duct, which helps control the cabin’s internal pressure.
* PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION FOR THE CABIN:
Processes inside the cabin are controlled via an operator panel that manages the following steps:
* PAINTING PROCESS:
During painting, 100% fresh air is drawn in from outside and passes through front filters before entering the distribution chamber at ambient temperature. The air is then extracted through the exhaust unit. Floor filters (paint stop) capture paint particles, and the air passes through final exhaust filters before being released.
* FLASH-OFF PROCESS:
After painting, the cabin continues to operate for about 15 minutes to expel residual solvents and thinners. During this process, fresh air from outside circulates in the cabin.
* DRYING PROCESS:
In this phase, 80% of the air circulating through the cabin is heated to 60°C and supplied to the cabin via the distributor. Since 20% of the solvents are released during drying, they are expelled along with this air. Industrial paints are generally dried at 60°C, though the cabin temperature can be adjusted via the operator panel as needed.
* COOLING PROCESS:
After the 30-minute drying phase, the coil is deactivated via the control panel, the pneumatic damper closes, and the extraction system is restarted. During the 5-minute cooling phase, fresh air from outside circulates in the cabin, after which the system shuts down automatically.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT:
These control panels manage the functions and operation of all machinery and devices integrated into the cabin. The panel is constructed from robust galvanized sheet metal and steel profiles, and is fully enclosed for protection from dust and moisture.
Electrical Components and Switching Panels:
Nedpfxowzl Hxj Af Dsdd
• The switching panel includes all necessary components such as circuit breakers, fuses, indicator lamps, thermal relays, contactors, and connectors.
• Heat-resistant cables are used for control and command connections between the control panel and motors or other electrical devices.
• Wiring is designed to allow for cabin relocation, if required.
• Operating equipment is powered at 380 V 50 Hz, while control devices run at 220 V.
