OSI Machinerie has provided this technology for over 20 years to the North American wood industry (Canada, United States).
The OSI Machinerie self-centering planer (SCP) optimally processes every single board, regardless of defects (cupped, twisted, warped, cracked), significantly increasing yield.
The SCP-450 guarantees 100% thickness accuracy for all processed components.
It planes both sides of the material to the same thickness. The independent suspension ensures optimal calibration, enabling precise planing at all times. This patented solution eliminates jamming and downtime.
