Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press: Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035 colors. Custom colors can be provided upon prior arrangement (additional costs may apply). Welded table construction for professional use, pivot-mounted on a mobile trolley with four swivel castors, surface load capacity 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be pivoted and locked to save space, reducing the overall depth requirement to 800 mm. The table surface consists of a bonded MDF board, 22 mm thick, covered in the pressing area by a slotted vacuum distribution plate made of MDF. The membrane frame opening is supported by two gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. The unit is fitted with a natural rubber membrane, 2 mm thick, with 780% stretch capacity and temperature resistance up to 70 °C, mounted using a clamping system for efficient membrane replacement. The perimeter seal of the pressing chamber is provided by a sealing profile integrated into the membrane frame. Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with 40 m³/h suction capacity and two vacuum tanks, total volume 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the press chamber are managed by a three-way ball valve located at the machine front. The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet.
