The workpiece can be fed manually or via any feeding device. The feed during cutting is gravity-driven, utilizing oil flow in a dual-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The operator starts the machine by pressing the start button and sets the cutting speed. After completing the cut, the machine stops automatically, and the operator manually lifts the arm to its starting position. The vise is mounted on an adjustable bed and equipped with a quick-release clamp. The blade guides are fitted with hard metal carbide inserts and rolling bearing systems. Precisely guided carbide inserts are responsible for the cutting accuracy and straightness. The arm features an automatic blade tension sensor and is inclined at 25 degrees to increase blade service life. A cleaning brush is mounted under the arm for optimal blade cleanliness and function. Power transmission is via an oil-filled worm gearbox. The machine is powered by a three-phase motor with a double winding and two cutting speeds. Thermal protection for the motor.
