Description
Automatic mitre saw with semi-automatic function for the cutting of aluminum and light metal alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left, with the saw head swiveling 0°-45° to the left.
Control is managed via multi-microprocessors, with two NC-controlled axes enabling programming of up to 1,000 different cutting programs per material, each with different quantities and lengths.

-New centralized control console on an articulated arm, allowing easy operation from any working position with immediate access to the emergency-stop switch.
-Fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial interface.
-Display with 20 characters x 4 lines, showing technical parameters such as: number of programmed and completed cuts, saw blade thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, and indications for over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
-New – Display and recording of alarm and error messages, with the option to view incidents that have occurred. New – Material feed of 600 mm with cutting motor and ball screw mounted on opposed bearings.
-New – Low-voltage control panel: Polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed and raised keys and actuation signal.
-Lifting stroke of the saw bow programmable directly from the control panel, allowing adaptation to the cutting material.
-Ball-bearing rotary table for smooth and precise rotation.
-Clamping system using two front-positioned vices, which can be freely positioned along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece.
-Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the saw head at angles of 0 and 45 degrees left and right.
