Clamping – Enter cutting dimensions – Start. Automatic saws with feed systems are the standard for efficient mass processing of bar and bundle materials. Maximum cutting range up to 290 x 320 mm.

Equipment
Automatic hydraulic saw machine with NC control
for cuts from 0° up to 60° to the right, compliant with all CE safety standards.
The unit features 9 programs, each composed of up to 99 single steps, allowing a total of approx. 890 cutting positions and integrated piece counter.
Functions: Material feed, closing of the stationary vise, blade rotation, dispensing of emulsion coolant, bow descent until the cut is completed and the feed carriage returns to the preset position, bow reset, and stop of blade rotation by coolant distribution, cycle repetition.
Hydraulic feed for batch cutting without length stop.
Numerical control of quantity and cutting length.
Hydraulic control unit with adjustable cutting pressure.
Saw blade tension is monitored electromechanically via microswitch.
Device with brush for band cleaning.
