The new 90-HCI cartoning machine impresses with high output, precise product handling, and maximum efficiency – even for complex packaging applications.

It has been specifically developed for applications where multiple products or sachets are grouped and then automatically loaded into a folding carton. This makes the 90-HCI particularly suitable for high-throughput packaging lines with diverse and variable product ranges.

The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 90 cycles per minute.

The processable carton dimensions vary depending on the grouping and arrangement of products on the infeed conveyor:

Carton width (A): 40–310 mm

Carton height (B): 15–100 mm

Carton depth (H): 80–350 mm
