Horizontal cartoner for loading products into folding cartons. Suitable for a wide variety of products (solid goods) such as tubes, bottles/vials, plastic jars, ampoules, vials, blister packs, cosmetic jars, vacuum-packed food products. The fully automatic packaging process includes product feeding, carton erection, product insertion, carton closing, and carton transfer. Within the range, switching between different carton sizes is possible with moderate adjustments to mechanical components. PLC-controlled, touch screen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.).
