Limited space is a common issue in the food industry – with the BASIS 50-ECO horizontal cartoner, we offer a compact and high-performance solution!

This machine has been specifically developed to efficiently process a wide range of folding carton sizes within a minimal footprint. With a base length of just 2,284 mm (extendable depending on the desired conveyor length), it achieves an output of up to 60 cartons per minute.

Adjustable product infeed: The infeed conveyor can be individually configured upon request.

Automatic product indexing: Fully integrated automatic product indexing can be engineered and implemented by our team.

Cartoning range: Processes folding cartons up to 220 mm in length (A), 120 mm in width (B), and 400 mm in height (H).
