The line is designed for handling returnable glass bottles in crates, primarily in 0.33-litre and 0.75-litre formats. It includes all key process steps from crate depalletizing, crate sorting, bottle uncapping, unpacking, bottle washing, empty bottle inspection, filling and capping through to labelling, full bottle inspection, crate packing, crate inspection, and palletizing. The existing crate depalletizer and palletizer are available on-site; however, due to their age and outdated technology, it is recommended that these units are not included in the purchase of the system. Alternatively, suitable modern depalletizing equipment can be offered and integrated into the line concept according to the buyer’s requirements. The system has a nominal filling capacity of approx. 18,000 bottles per hour, and the premix system is designed for 22,000 l/h. Dismantling of the plant is planned for February 2027.
