Overview

This fill level and closure inspection device was manufactured in 2014 by the German company Krones AG. The Krones Checkmat 731 was used for overfill and underfill detection based on high-frequency (HF) measurement, as well as for closure inspection of metal caps via sensors integrated into the filler. The system was recently dismantled in fully operational condition after being replaced by a newer camera-based inspection system. All peripheral components such as trigger photoelectric sensors, encoders, and pushers were properly disconnected and are included in the delivery.
