Optional ESS (Energy Saving Systems)

The machine can be equipped with a modern ESS servo-drive system that significantly improves the energy efficiency of hydraulic injection moulding machines.

The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor via a frequency converter, which adjusts the motor’s rotational speed to the actual demand of the machine during the production cycle. As a result, electric power is only consumed when it is truly needed.
